The “Go Jiangsu – Footsteps in Jiangsu: Foreign Youth’s Travelogue” activity kicked off on Mar. 29 in Suzhou. More than 10 expats from such countries as Russia, the United States and France are invited to pay visits to a number of places in Jiangsu Province to feel in person Jiangsu’s achievements in promoting high-quality development and advancing Chinese modernization.

The “Go Jiangsu” program is a brand event jointly organized by China Daily and the Information Office of the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, offering a multitude of cultural experiences for expats and encouraging them to share their impressions of Jiangsu to the rest of the world through modern social media.

At the launch ceremony of this year’s “Go Jiangsu” activity, the survey report “Jiangsu in the Eyes of Foreign Youth” was released for the first time. Hundreds of young people from 60 countries have been surveyed for the report which shows that the beautiful ecological environment and a highly-developed economy are Jiangsu’s signature in the world. And some youth representatives were invited to share their impressions of Jiangsu at a foreign youth roundtable.
